Wedding planning comes with a lot of moving pieces. Your photography shouldn’t be one of the things you have to stress about. From the moment you book through the final gallery delivery, I’ll help you plan the photography side of your day so you can spend less time worrying about the timeline and more time actually experiencing your wedding.
Step One | Let's Connect
Tell me about the two of you and what you’re planning. We’ll talk about your wedding date, venue, vision, coverage needs, and what matters most to you. From there, I’ll help you choose the collection that best fits your day.
step two | make it official
Once you’ve chosen your collection, you’ll receive your contract and invoice. Your signed agreement and retainer officially reserve your wedding date on my calendar.
As your wedding gets closer, I’ll reach out so we can start putting all the details together.
step three | plan the story
About 6–8 weeks before your wedding, we’ll go over your timeline, family groupings, must have photographs, locations, and all the little details I need to know.
We’ll create a photography timeline that leaves room for the photographs you want without making your wedding day feel like one long photoshoot.
step four | your wedding day
This is the part where you get to be present.
I’ll document the big moments, the quiet ones, and everything happening in between: the nerves before the ceremony, your people celebrating with you, the hugs, the laughter, the details you spent months choosing, and the moments you didn’t even realize were happening.
I’ll step in with direction when you need it and step back when the moment deserves to unfold naturally.
step five | relive it
You’ll receive a sneak peek shortly after your wedding, because waiting to see your photographs is hard.
Your finished images will be carefully edited and delivered through a private online gallery in high resolution, ready to download, share, print, and revisit long after the wedding day is over.
